SLOW YOGA:  Chair Yoga to Nourish your Mind, Body, and Spirit

WHERE: Online

TIME: Friday, 10:00 am – 11:00 pm EST

COST: 4 classes for $40

Perfect for individuals new to therapeutic yoga who may have limitations due to an injury or chronic disease or those who desire a gentle and supportive practice.  Great for osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoporosis, heart disease, stiffness and sleep. 
Practicing therapeutic yoga weekly will reduce chronic inflammation that over time will deplete your body.  I have students who have practice with me for over 6 years.  
Learn how to move your body safely and how to improve mobility from a experienced yoga therapist.  This is not an ordinary yoga class. 

The class is designed to improve breathing, range of motion, strengthening, memory and balance.  It begins by sitting on a chair.  From the chair, one moves into standing poses to build muscle & bone strength and improve flexibility & balance.  This helps cultivate confidence & wellness.  

Chair Yoga Online Classes

GENTLE YOGA: RELAX, RENEW, AND RESTORE

WHERE: Online

TIME: Tuesday, 10:00 am - 11:00 am EST

COST: 5 classes for $50

If you find regular flow classes too fast or difficult to follow, this class may be a good fit.   Classes sizes are small and conducted using everyday language.  It’s a low stress, gentle yoga class; great for those who would like to try yoga for the first time and are looking for a softer approach. It’s designed to move with your body’s internal awareness. 
From your new found ability to be aware of sensations to support functional movement.

 

Learn the basics of proper alignment and move towards a pain free life.  Increase your knowledge of moving purely with integrity to develop core stability, build strength, agility and stamina in your practice.  

Gentle Yoga Class Virtual

SUPPLE YOGA: MOVEMENTS FOR A LIFETIME

TIME: Mondays, 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm EST

Build strength and be balanced in dynamic movement - connect your mind to your whole body.
