CHAIR YOGA AND MEDITATION: Therapeutic Yoga to Nourish your Mind, Body, and Spirit

WHERE: Online

TIME: Monday, 10:00 am – 11:00 pm EST

COST: 5 classes for $30

Perfect for individuals new to therapeutic yoga who may have limitations due to an injury or chronic disease or those who desire a gentle and supportive practice.  Great for arthritis, osteoporosis, heart disease and improving sleep.

You will learn how to move your body safely and how to improve mobility from a experienced yoga therapist.  This is not ordinary yoga class. 

​

The class is designed to improve breathing, range of motion, strengthening, memory and balance.  It begins by sitting on a chair.  From the chair, one moves into standing poses to build muscle & bone strength and improve flexibility & balance.  This helps cultivate confidence & wellness.  

Chair Yoga Online Classes

GENTLE YOGA: RELAX, RENEW, AND RESTORE

WHERE: Online

TIME: Tuesday, 10:00 am - 11:00 am EST

COST: 5 classes for $50

If you find regular flow classes too fast or difficult to follow, this class may be a good fit.   Classes sizes are small and conducted using everyday language.  It’s a low stress, gentle yoga class; great for those who would like to try yoga for the first time and are looking for a softer approach. It’s designed to move with your body’s internal awareness. 
From your new found ability to be aware of sensations to support functional movement.

 

Learn the basics of proper alignment and move towards a pain free life.  Increase your knowledge of moving purely with integrity to develop core stability, build strength, agility and stamina in your practice.

SUPPLE YOGA: MOVEMENTS FOR A LIFETIME

TIME: Mondays, 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm EST

Is your body feeling tight? Your posture is changing? Your spine becoming rounded? Are your daily activities like walking, going up and down stairs, or bending down challenging?

This class is invaluable. It will help reverse the effects of living with gravity and the risk of living a sedentary lifestyle. Learn to move your body properly and return back to natural movement. Restore missing ranges of motion in all joints, reduce compensations and chronic pain. Become springier & resilient. Build strength and be balanced in dynamic movement - connect your mind to your whole body.

Awareness and knowledge will unlock the mystery. Become your own therapist and learn the tools for preventing neuromuscular decline.  Bring back your vitality and youth.
